Excel file (xlsx) worked-out examples. Created for thermodynamics students who need to learn how to interpolate between tabulated values in steam tables (and other tables) QUICKLY. This file illustrates the basics behind single linear interpolation, and also depicts "why" it works.

Also, the more difficult situation of double-interpolation (a combination of two single interpolation steps) is implemented.
