An emerging concept for a safe refrigerant working fluid is to use carbon dioxide (CO2). This Excel file contains tabular data for saturated liquid, saturated vapor, and superheated vapor carbon dioxide. Source of data is Ohio University, which ultimately used the NIST Chemistry Web Book as its source.
